On our most powerful workstation (R9 290X, i7-4770K) holds 75 frames per second VSync at the highest quality setting. The demo is built using the latest Oculus SDK and supports Direct to Rift, Mirroring and a Black smear correction. But for now we decided to just let you use it as much as you like because it's a lot of fun. In the final game we will incorporate the slow motion as a resourced mechanic similar to most other games with Bullet Time features. While active you can pay close attention to the Dynamic hit reaction system, 3d modelled blood spurts and Limb Dismemberment. One of the most eye popping ways to experience this demo is by using the Slow Mo function. The Tablet operates much like a conventional Main Menu system but we plan to utilise it as the primary UI system for selecting contracts, buying weapons and upgrades and receiving emails and news that drive the narrative forward. Our system allows us to re project the surface back into the NGUI system. We think it is another world first VR innovation as it incorporates a First Person IK animation solution and virtual touchpad surface. We are particularly proud of our Tablet UI system that is both functional and contextual. We believe it is already a groundbreaking experience and there is so much more yet that we want to do! With the successful funding of this campaign will be able to deliver and even greater experience and allow us to further flesh out these systems and the rest of the game.
